Interview
Face-to-face interview. Approx. 1 hr. Met w/ 2 DM'S and was told I'd be contacted w/in 7-10 days for potential second interview. Never rec'd offer. Overall, it was average, going over work history and ability to do a lot of stocking/janitorial/cashier duties.
I was invited to a group interview where we walked around the store and toured the backroom where products are loaded and stocked. This was followed by an individual interview with the store manager.

Group interview, 26 people at the same store. 35 were invited to attend. Store tour and overview. Waited as they called us randomly for a quick 3-5 min interview. Took about 90 mins.

Interview
It was a basic one on one interview where the manager went over the basics of the job and I concurred I had experience in all of the shelve stocking and customer service aspects of the job from my time as a Produce clerk. It lasted about 10 minutes and then I was asked to leave.
