I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Tottenham, England) in Sep 2015
Interview
firstly arrived to a group interview with about ten people, had to go around the group introduce youself and name an interesting fact about yourself. was then told about the company, the managers and how much you can progress, the new shop opening, the rotas and whats expected from staff memebers. it was fairly relaxed and very informal

Pleasant and honest. Interview was held a hotel conference space in an open day format. Prospective workers were called in batches in a sort of ‘speed dating’ format. Interviewers were actual assistant store managers and as such were able to provide relevant insight into the role.
