I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Kirkcaldy, Scotland) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied online and after filling out details about myself, I got an online assessment where I was give multiple choice questions, that could happen while working in the store. A few days later, I received an email from Aldi inviting me to a group assessment and a link to click to confirm, you'll be going.
In the actual interview itself, I was asked to tell the interviewer a bit about myself and what attracted me to the role. They then gave me a scenario of what could happen in the store, (it was something like, "you have no room in the warehouse for new stock, a delivery driver is coming with some new products and your manager is in a meeting, what do you do?") I was then given a short maths test, which had to be completed within five minutes.
