Three interviews carried out all at head office. Long winded process.
Initial interview with recruiter and director, then a second technical interview, aptitude tests, and psychometric tests with director and team manager, third interview with director again.

Interview
3 stage interview, initial meet with recruiters and then 2 stage process with Manager and Director. 1st interview was english and maths tests plus talking about when I have used certain technologies etc. Second interview was a sit down with the IT manager and Director to talk through my CV. Third interview was a presentation on something I am passionate about a 20 min sit down with the team and competency based questions to finish.
