One on-campus interview followed by a company visit which included 3 interviews, a tour or a store and a warehouse. It also included a lunch with the executives and other interviewees.

Submitted an online application, was invited to schedule an in-person interview at my University campus. The overall process was very easy. Be prepared for very open-ended questions where you have the opportunity to either really highlight yourself as a candidate or end up just rambling on.
