First step were the arithmetic, psychological and reasoning testing. After i passed this I was asked to do the video interview which was pretty intense since you only had 30 seconds for some questions and then i was asked to attend the assesment centre. It was a really easy assesment day you only had to present from you Aldi store walk either the store layout, the tills, the customer experience, the stock and the soecial buys. You were assigned which on the spot. And then u were given 5 cvs to choose the best candidate with the rest of the group for a position. Generally the woman there that was interviewing us was really bad and rude. It gave a really bad impression of how people are in this company!
