Initial phone screen, in person prep with staffing agency and 3 lengthy in-person interviews on separate days with various managers, some of whom you will never work with. The job description was incredibly vague and the position was represented as a purely administrative role. The interviews were stern and very unfriendly past the initial greetings. Past experience was mostly irrelevant.
