I applied through other source. I interviewed at ALDI in May 2017
Interview
Brought resume and application to a job fair where I met a regional manager. Just a quick intro and confirmation which location I was applying for and my availability. The next day the store manager called and scheduled a walk thru. I met with him and about an hour after I left the district manager scheduled an interview. He inquired about my employment history, and asked if I had any questions about the position. He asked me what I thought an opening shift entailed and what the company expected of its employees. He then hired me, pending a drug test and background check. I filled out a bunch of paperwork, went to take the drug test, and a few days later received confirmation that I could start the following week.
There was a three-step interview process
A group interview, an individual, and a final interview with the district manager. There was roughly a 2-week period between each step. The process took a while, but everyone who interviewed me was very friendly.
Interview process went very smoothly. Within a week or two I heard from the store manager to scheduled the interview. After my interview with the store manager I spoke to the district manager and was offered a position shortly after that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Chesterfield, MO) in Aug 2025
Interview
Super quick- said it was a group interview but it was just me and one other person and we were called in individually by the manager for about 5-10 minutes. Asked very basic questions, about 5. asked if I had any questions and then told me they'd let me know by the end of the week.
