Interview
Was not hired. Interview involved them asking me why I wanted to work at Aldi. Interviewer stated that they weren't looking for a part time employee but continued anyway.
Did a work trial that lasted an hour a week after the interview.
Sent an email a week after the trial saying that they couldn't give individual feedback due to the "volume of applications".
I was invited to a group interview where we walked around the store and toured the backroom where products are loaded and stocked. This was followed by an individual interview with the store manager.

Group interview, 26 people at the same store. 35 were invited to attend. Store tour and overview. Waited as they called us randomly for a quick 3-5 min interview. Took about 90 mins.

Interview
It was a basic one on one interview where the manager went over the basics of the job and I concurred I had experience in all of the shelve stocking and customer service aspects of the job from my time as a Produce clerk. It lasted about 10 minutes and then I was asked to leave.
