Interview
The interview process was straightforward, long application form, followed by a telephone interview, then into the office for a group assessment and then a face to face interview.
What I did find disappointing was that after all this and going into the office twice and meeting members of the recruitment team face to face I was sent an automated email to say I was unsuccessful. At that point I would expect a phone call or personalized email to let me know I hadn't got the job.

Interview
Online recording with set questions to apply, 1st interview 1 on 1 teams call, mostly competency questions and career history, 2nd interview with a manager and director. No tasks to complete for any interviews
Round one: competency test onsite based on excel, maths and spelling. Paper based test, pass required to advance to interview. Round two: video interview with 2 managers - competency based questions lasting one hour.

Interview
I applied online in July and had an interview with a recruiter that was 60 minutes long, followed up by 5 assessments that needed to be completed within 48 hours, which took about 4 hours to complete (reading, math, excel, word and typing). I had a second 60 minute interview with hiring supervisor, manager and recruiter with many situational questions.
