Initial group interview. They call 11 people and bring them to a room. Essentially the whole time, the interviewer is talking to you about ALDI so there is no real interview process. The interview is more like a lecture and questions such as "how would you prioritise deadlines" are asked to the whole group. In order to stand out you have to be the first to respond. The interview process was a smart way to reduce the amount of effort in interviewing multiple people. However, there is not enough questions and time for everyone to speak.
