Group interview, where we were told to find out about each other, then introduce each other to the group. This was done in pairs, afterwards was told about the history of Aldi and was asked questions based on it.

It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.
