Began with an application where you were expected to explain yourself, your academic achievements and work experience. This application also had approximately 6 competency questions requiring you to talk about why you would fit into Aldi, work related achievements etc. Following this, i was required to take the psychometric tests (numerical, verbal etc.) which were very similar to other companies. If you pass this stage then you must do a video interview which lasts about 10 minutes. I unfortunately was very nervous and did not pass this phase despite doing lots of research on Aldi and really considering all possible questions.
