I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
Filled out form online. went to group assessment started great with an introduction and introduce yourself. fairly easy maths test. At the point that I was a pilot in a plane crash I figured this wasn't the job for me as I was quite happy to work locally. It shocked me even more by what the others suggested in this exercise. honestly I couldn't believe what I heard. I wont go into detail but all I can say is I am now too scared to go on a airplane in case these people are on it. Anyways after that traumatic experience we moved on to a personality test if thats what its called its like what would you do if? and what you know know about the company, after that a small talk on what or who inspires you, followed by q and a. The manager said there are no right or wrong answers but not everyone got the job so I think there was a right and wrong answer. I remember the day when a manager could tell if you fitted a job just by a interview. It shows the difference in management these days. All in All I think the ones that didn't turn up had it right and I am looking for a phyciatrist after the shocking and disturbing experience of an interview at aldi.
A lot of Questions so it wasn't easy, but for someone with experience quite okay. Could recommend. Management and area were super nice and professional. Try not to say any stupid things.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Newbury, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
Laid back and non invasive. Big pressure on efficiency and numbers etc. Two senior leaders there on the day. Overall positive. Can be daunting to the untrained eye. Would recommend
