Interview
Assessment centre held in Bolton. The assessment was split into three components: 1) Introduce yourself and tell us your favourite Aldi product. 2) Presentation of finding from store walk (notes are allowed) 3) Decide who is the best candidate for a particular role (group discussion)
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
