I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Melbourne) in Feb 2018
Interview
It started with submitting your resume online and answer a lot of questions about your personal details, which is similar to apply for other jobs advertised by Aldi, then you need to answer some questions like your idea about the good customer service and others. BUT, it seems they will simply show you cold face if you are not a citizen or pr holder.

Interview
There was 5 stages in total when I was applying for this position. The process was rigorous, time consuming and requires a lot of preparation. I found the group interview quiet challenging.
Online application followed by online assessments then onto a group interview which took 4 hours so be prepared for the long process.
Hard to get noticed in the group setting as there was a good few people so try to be heard but not aggressive when trying to get your points across.
Many people there had a masters degree rather than a level 8.
