Lengthy application form online heard back within the week to invite for an assessment centre this had around 25 people present. Applied online, was sent invitation to attent a group assessment the following week. As per the invitation, the assessment was between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm, but started late and finished at 6.30 pm. I didn't like the manager's attitude and the spent most of the time going through a presentation and saying you need to achieve this and that. Definitely not a group assessment; instead to identify who was going to do as instructed.

Group interview then 15 min 1 on 1 then lift test. If you don’t make it to lift test then you didn’t get the job. If you pass then you get your of warehouse
