First interview with maths and English assessment. Pretty straight forward proof reading and basic maths. Followed by a 1:1 interview with hiring manager. All competency based questions etc. Second interview a few days later involved a practical assessment and an interview with the Director. Very straight forward and all about finding the right person for the job.
