Interview
An online application followed by online reasoning tests. Then I had to complete a video interview and then a group assessment centre. Finally a one to one final interview.
Group assessment centre:
Had to complete store walk and then give a 3 minute presentation on the day on one of the following:
Store layout
Customer behaviour
Staff behaviour
Checkout systems
Product range
Special buys
Then had to complete a group exercise where we had a collection of CVs and had to choose the best candidate for the job. Assessor strongly disagreed with our choice (which apparently they do regardless of who you pick) and we had to defend our choice/have group discussion about it.
Haven't yet done the final interview.

Please describe a time you achieved a stretching goal and what steps did you take to achieve this?
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
