Initial application online was simple and reply for interview was quick. However, for this one particular store we were made to wait out the front (in a Westfield) for a rediculous amount of time, not really giving a good first impression when heading into an interview (sorry, but interviews go both ways). By the time we got in the meeting room of the store, we were made to sit around a table while a guy from a higher position (I think he was corporate) interviewed us group style. Questions were a little rediclous and didnt seem to have to do with the job. As always, group interviews are odd, its a cheap method of hiring staff.
