I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Bolton, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
The first stage involved an online application asking a series of motivational questions which was followed by 3 psychometric online tests. The next stage was a video interview lasting around 30 minutes which was followed by an assessment centre

Ridiculously long process and could have been much shorter. Lack of communication and support. No feedback was given after a 6 stage interview process. Went through all 6 stages over several months and only got an email at the end to say I'd been unsuccessful, nothing more.

Online tests
Video Interview- describe your short, medium and long term expectations during the scheme
