Interview
So I had to do a Maths and English assesment on the first day. The second day, I had to have an interview with the Buying Director, who in fairness was lovely. The third day, I had an interview with three directors, one of whom wouldn't let me get a word in edge ways. She was very firm and I guess she didn't like me from the get go. This whole process was over a month! I had to keep chasing to get the next appointments.

Interview
Very straightforward numerical and verbal reasoning test, followed by an interview on zoom. Very quick process. The interview was really pleasant, not too stiff at all. Questions were mainly about knowledge of Aldi, its pricing strategy, and experience as an Aldi customer so that is definitely key to prepare. Also questions about work style like how you handle pressure, workplace conflict, multitasking.
