Lady was late so she suggested a group interview to save time. First she asked us to tell her about ourselves, non-work related. Then we were out in pairs and had to come up with a product they could sell, limited time. Finally she asked us why we want to work for Aldi.

Filled in application. Invited for 15 min interview. Hiring manager was late to interview me. Was informed job is more a cleaning job then being a caretaker. Interview went ok. 15 mins

Very professional and fairly relaxed ...interviewed by area manager who interviewed three other persons .Interviwed on site at local supermarket so had chance to speak to staff members about the company .
