Firstly there was the initial application form, then there were online tests, then once successful you do an online prerecorded video interview then video interview with HR manager which included a presentation to replace the assessment centre
Very long - several stages involved over a period of months. Begins with online assessment, into group interviews into 1 to 1s with senior management. Professional set up but be prepared to spend time on this.
