Had 30 seconds to prepare an answer for the question and then it automatically starts recording, only a couple of questions which wasn’t bad. They ask about a good example of good customer service and why it was good.
Was an online interview they asked why I want to work for aldi why do I think I’d be a good fit and what’s a time you delivered excellent customer service

What’s a time you delivered excellent customer service
Pleasant and honest. Interview was held a hotel conference space in an open day format. Prospective workers were called in batches in a sort of ‘speed dating’ format. Interviewers were actual assistant store managers and as such were able to provide relevant insight into the role.
