I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Duluth, MN) in Mar 2021
Interview
At first, there is a group interview that you are invited to attend via email. It seems to usually happen in the morning before the store opens so that you may see how quickly stockers at Aldi work. You will get an overview of the positions and be allowed to ask questions after in the group setting. Next, one by one, everyone will go into a room to be interviewed separately. It has been a while since I had my interview, but I would say the interview itself takes about 10 minutes or more depending on how many people show up and still need to be interviewed.
