My interview at Aldi went Decent. It went decent because the first hiring manager was late for the interview. Also, the question I was being asked was just a little too difficult to answer.

It was a group interview with five people. We were brought into a room and interviewed one by one. The manager was really nice but only wanted three employees and people who could work hard hours and take out stock.

It was terrible. You have 14 people waiting around waiting for a group interview. We were given a tour of the store by a DM that hated her 2 employees and seemed to be a sociopath, There was a 3 minute time
allocated for your interview and she had not read a single resume. What are you going to say? Run away!
First got a call to come into store to complete a group interview with around 4-5 people followed by a one on one interview with the area manager and then a short meeting with the store manager.
