Lots of assessments done online, CV sumbitted/put into their online forms. When at the interview, the area manager interviewing me mentioned during my interview that I didn’t have enough experience. All my experience was true and listed prior to the interview and many many assessments being completed (and passed) Waste of my time!

If a staff member struggled to keep up with the expected speed, how would you approach the problem and what would be your solution?
A lot of Questions so it wasn't easy, but for someone with experience quite okay. Could recommend. Management and area were super nice and professional. Try not to say any stupid things.

Laid back and non invasive. Big pressure on efficiency and numbers etc. Two senior leaders there on the day. Overall positive. Can be daunting to the untrained eye. Would recommend
