1. Applied via LinkedIn 2. Video Interview 3. Face to Face Interview (2 interviewers in room) The process was rather straight forward and HR department were very responsive. From application to offer was around 2 weeks, which I really appreciated as some recruitment cycles can take 3 months. HR team were very clear about job expectations and made sure to clear up questions about location, Work from Home etc. Video Interview was a series of 5/6 culture and motivation questions. Face to Face was more "why Aldi?" and competency towards the role. Do your research, be enthusiastic and confident in your skills and qualifications.
