I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Batavia, IL) in Oct 2021
Interview
I had to go through 2 interviews. The first was a 30 minute screening. The second was a group interview for about 1.5 hours. The panel was set up for mutually and it gave everyone a chance to answer a question first.
The interview format was Behavioral Description Interviewing. It was first pre recorded, then face to face interview on the computer with a couple managers. The interviews were about a week apart.

Interview
Interview was straightforward. I really liked that they were so honest and clear about exactly what to expect. They were up front about pay and time frames of when to expect communication regarding further interviews. Overall a very good experience. They send you a ton of information before your interview…I suggest you read it!
Great, easy process and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout it all. Seems like it would be a wonderful place to work. Honestly one of the better interview experiences I have had in my career.
