Was contacted by a talent acquisition firm on behalf of the company. They didn't even tell me what company they were representing until 40 minutes into the call. They then asked me to go to a local store and write a detailed review of the store to discuss on the next call. After spending at least ten hours of my own time researching the company and countless calls with the talent firm over a three week period I finally got an interview with the area manager. The interview was an hour long and very uncomfortably robotic. I was told that were I selected to move on I would then have to interview with the regional manager. All told, from first contact, I was looking at over a month before even knowing whether or not I would be hired. My advice is to steer clear unless you only care about money, and have loads of time and money to keep you going as you jump through the ridiculous hoops. It was infuriating.
