Long. I had to apply first, then I had to do a video interview (which I didn't mind but was a bit unnecessary), and then I had to go into their offices for an interview. Didn't receive any feedback due to the 'high volume of applicants'. But I was at the last stage of the interview so there can't be that many surely. And if there are, interview fewer people so you can provide feedback.
