The entire process from application submission to interview outcome took 6 weeks. The interviews were mostly conducted in Cantonese though the company emphasized itself to be an MNC. 1. HR phone screening (~30 mins) 2. Interview with hiring managers 3. Assessment centre (e.g. ability test, English writing, personality test) 4. Interview with director The interview process might be too lengthy for hiring a junior position.
