Explained the process by a senior staff hiw the perform the work, safty measures and how you can excel in it. Its a fast track environment and you need to be ready as your performance is calculated every day
Nice, clear and easy. At morning 2ake up, go to interwiev, it take 30 min and next day IV got hjob. Good company, good salary, nice people, but its cold brrr

Ich hatte ein angenehmes Vorstellungsgespräch bei Aldi. Die Interviewer waren professionell und freundlich. Sie haben Fragen zu meinem Werdegang, meinen Stärken und meiner Motivation für die Stelle gestellt. Auch meine Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und Stresssituationen wurde abgefragt. Insgesamt verlief das Gespräch lässig und locker. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Interviewer offen für meine Antworten waren. Ich würde das Unternehmen weiterempfehlen.
