I applied via the company website after I saw the role on LinkedIn. A couple of days after I received an email congratulating me on reaching the next stage of the interview process which was a self recording video using their interview tool. After I recorded my responses I was told I should receive feedback within a few days. It's now been 3 weeks since I recorded my responses to the preset questions and I have had no feedback. Each time I ask recruitment for some feedback or update I always get a new excuse (the hiring manager is still looking over cvs, the hiring manager is out of the office or i'll get back to you as soon as I can). This morning I sent an email asking for my personal details to be removed along with feedback and straightaway I received an email saying my request for personal details to be deleted will be actioned but, no feedback was given. It's exhausing job hunting and putting in extra work in your own time to do a self interview for a company who couldnt be bothered to provide any sort of follow up. This is the first and last time I will be applying to Aldi.
