I underwent three forms of interviewing for this job, including an in person assessment centre day. I had to take time off of university to attend and travel to Birmingham, which was not close. I left the day having not got a final interview, but being told a vague statement that they might call me later on to come back to Birmingham for an interview, this in itself is a lot to ask of people and a poor system. I then got the email I was unsuccessful which was a generic unpersonal email you'd expect from being sifted out in the first round of assessments. I emailed back asking for some feedback as I'd made the time and paid to go there, and was left with no reply a month on from sending the email.
