All online, starts with a thorough application form, once reviewed and approved you are sent a link to carry out a pre recorded video interview, each question is timed and once you've recorded you're answer you cant re=record. then submit and wait to hear back.

General interview questions. Asked about my previous experiences and skills. Nothing too technical. Just try to be yourself and come across as hard working and personable. Look at their careers page for more guidance.
First stage of the interviews was a group interview, followed by a one-to-one more in depth interview. The group interview had about 10 people involved and lasted about half an hour to 45 minutes. The one-to-one was about half an hour long.
