Long interview process and only one interviewer during the group stage. If that one person doesn't like you, you won't get through - terrible process. Should have multiple interviewers to make it fair. Also, word of advice, never cave first during the group stage - stick to your decision even if others make good points. They are looking for unreasonable, inconsiderate professionals - not leaders.
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
