I was expecting an assessment not an interview as that is what invitation said. I was asked why I wanted to work at especially Aldi with all the other jobs out there. Also what days and what times I was willing to work . Without knowing what they wanted beforehand I don’t think I answered what they wanted from me as I didn’t get the job.

Pleasant and honest. Interview was held a hotel conference space in an open day format. Prospective workers were called in batches in a sort of ‘speed dating’ format. Interviewers were actual assistant store managers and as such were able to provide relevant insight into the role.
