Easy talk, we met online, without video, slowly talked about me , company, perspectives, it was ok, but didn't seem I impressed anybody and it was just ok. I'm writing this to get access to bypass a lock on the screen, do not follow my comment

It was very subjective; already had a candidate type in mind therefore my interview was just to satisfy statistics/metrics for recruiting. It was just basically reading the job description to me just to fulfill the interview obligation.

I found the initial interview process to be very cold. Whilst I appreciate that the world is now used to talking on video confrencing software, I felt that to stage the inital interviews via video recording was off putting and lacked a personable touch.
