I am more then qualified, 40yrs in retail, What Aldi's said in an email less then 24hrs after the interview /// We reviewed your submission and unfortunately, have decided to move forward with other candidates for this position. The problem with that, the job is still posted. I was interview not by the store manager but two young people not even 30yrs old & still wet behind the ears. I notice at this location most of there employees are in there 30's & mid to late 40's. I would've been a great asset as I stated in the interview as I only live 1 mile from them. But since I have been around in retail for a long time, I could feel as I came into the interview they made up there mind. How do I know this. Its what they don't ask you when it comes to questions. Its a form of discrimination, called preference and they get away with it. Hire me & prove me wrong.
