After taking time out of my day interviewing with Aldi, it was unfortunate a waist of time. I didn’t receive the courteousness that I would receive from an organization that pride themselves on culture and inclusiveness. There were red flags during the interviewing process that this might not be a good fit for me both professional and as an employer of choice. I’m happy that I consider other organizations and opportunities that fit both from a culture and inclusive standpoint. Lot of talk and no proper representation from a Talent Acquisition perspective.
