Just supposed to be a 30 minute call. Recruiter was 10 minutes late and ended call earlier than 30 minutes. Seemed uninterested and was not really engaging in conversation unfortunately.
Gossipy, unnecessarily long, not based in facts but based in 30 sec first impression. Felt like they were trying to showboat. Lack of humility seen throughout. Would not apply again.

Interview
2 interview stages, both with 2 interviewers, very formal, but friendly all round. I think I you are extremely competitive, Aldi is the place for you. They are not shy about telling you how much work will be involved so it shouldn't be a shock if you get the job. the second interview consisted of the same questions as the first as one of the interviewers was a higher caliber of staff so I did repeat a lot. The interview was long in both cases lasted over an hour.
