First interview: video interview
Second interview: teams call with one member of the recruitment team
Third interview: face to face with two members of the buying team

Interview
There were a minimum of 6 questions a mixture of competency and behaviour based questions. The interviewer asked lots of questions based on difficult situations that may arise. The person probed were necessary and didn’t just wanted to know about your process - they wanted to know all the details of the example such as when, where and how, not just the the ‘STAR’ method. The interview was with one individual and lasted approximately 45-50 mins.

What would you do if you had to book a flight for you manager. You couldn’t book a flight the day/time he wanted. You couldn’t contact them as they were in meetings all day…etc. would you book the flight?
