AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I first completed the Online Assessment. I was then invited to complete a Video Interview which was speaking into a camera and given 1 minute to answer each question. Passed that, then was invited to an Area Manager Interview at local store. After this I was then invited to travel to meet the Regional Manager who interviewed me in Cardiff. Then another Area Manager Interview at another local store. They then emailed me 3 days later saying i was not successful

Rigid, not in person, is online, many applicants, probably they just have to screen them all and ge the jobs done, a big business I guess. Online test then record a video interview

Group interview and tour of the store. Short one on one interview lasting 5 minutes or less with store manager or district manager. Process was rushed and interview was not long at all.
