Interview
The recruitment was for the new team it will be created in Poland. I believe Aldi has a partner company for hr stuff in Poland and I had an HR phone call in the first part with them. Then after like 2-3 weeks, I got another call again for hr related stuff. It was related to work permission things and I provided the related documents that I'm able to work with Blue card that I already have. I explained the situation properly and provided all the related links from the Foreign Office website. But obviously HR didn't pay attention to the information that I provided or they basically wanted to ignore and they returned me with an email that I will need work permission support from the company in the future and then canceled the process, also they didn't reply my second email which I tried to explain that I don't need support because I'm able to work with EU Blue card without any problem. I also got this information confirmed by the Foreign Office. Overall, either the hr in Poland don't have any idea about the law related to this or they just didn't wanna continue the process but it wasn't pleasant to keep people for 3 weeks and then return a response in this way.
