2-step interviews, very negative, tense experience on the second round(25-30 minutes mostly he talked). He built up his talk to reject me by talking about actually how multinational they are, how hard to survive in the company(like we are in the war), and unrelated requirements. Suddenly, he said that I am not fit for this position which was very rude. You can reject a candidate which is very normal by notifying them via mail or call, not telling them in the middle of the interview. Caution for people who coming outside of Europe to apply to the company.
