I was contacted by the recruiting supervisor after I was referred to her by two current employees. We had a prescreen call then met for coffee to "chat". I was told four times she wanted to meet again, which never happened. I withdrew my application because of her failure to follow through with what she said she was going to do. After repeated follow ups about scheduling another meeting rather than actually scheduling a meeting she just made excuses about how busy she is. When I told her I withdrew because she dropped the ball so many times she didn't seem to care.
