Standard process, nothing speacial. Apply with a resume and/or online form, first interview is with an HR, then one more with the hiring manager. The first one is fairly short, the second is around 30 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALS Global in Jul 2011
Interview
I first received a phone interview which consisted of basic, typical interview questions i.e. What are your strengths, What are your weaknesses, Rate your skills in Microsoft Office. The phone interview lasted for about 10 minutes.
I was interviewed by the Group Manager for the 1:1 interview and again, typical interview questions were asked. They were mostly behavioral questions such as 'What are the challenges you would face in this position if you were to be successful in this interview' as well as 'Why do you want to work for this company'. Towards the end of the interview, I was interviewed by the GM of the company with similar interview questions asked by the Group Manager.
