Mandata candidatura su LinkedIn, sono stato contattato da un talent recruiter che mi ha fatto qualche domanda sul mio percorso formativo. Segue un colloquio con il business manager con la presentazione aziendale e con la presentazione della proposta economica. Ho ricevuto un feedback negativo.

The process was very smooth, and everyone was pleasant throughout. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful, with updates provided in good time before each interview stage and step. I was also given a clear view of the job opportunities available to me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALTEN (Milan) in Jul 2020
Interview
Very few words. The idea was that they need something to place as soon as possible. Their must seems just to have good revenue from new comers. Just know your study and then they invent your profile to match with their purpose. It's a quite strange behavior.
